1. Policy Overview

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.

Our Assurance for Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


2. Return Eligibility and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Packaging: Must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  1. Custom Orders: Products that were personalized, customized, or made to order.
  2. Sale Items: Items purchased during a final clearance sale or marked as “Final Sale.”
  3. Items Used/Worn: Any product that shows signs of use, washing, or alteration.
  4. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@randiapc.com or call us at +91 9435109089 with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Provide Proof: For damaged or defective items, you must attach clear photographs or an uncut video of the product and the packaging.
  3. Receive Confirmation: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

A. Damage/Defect or Wrong Item:

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipping (reverse pickup), or we will reimburse your shipping costs up to a reasonable limit upon receiving the item.

B. Change of Mind/Fit/Size:

If the return is for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind, sizing issue), the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.


6. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-15 business days after the returned product has been received and passes our quality check.
  • Deductions: Shipping charges (if any) paid during the original purchase are non-refundable. In some cases, the cost of return shipping (as per Section 5B) may be deducted from your total refund amount.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation is requested before the order has been dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery according to the terms of this policy.
