A. Product Descriptions
Randiapc sells organic textiles and embroidery products. While we attempt to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor settings.
B. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the items, as well as all applicable shipping and handling charges.
C. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
3. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
A. Shipping and Delivery
We offer Pan India shipping. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the items have been dispatched to the shipping carrier.
B. Returns and Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
C. Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. Generally, orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

A. Ownership
All content published on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design, software, and our embroidery designs (which are stated as 100% original), are the property of Randiapc or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or representations, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Randiapc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products procured using the Site.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Kamrup District, Assam, India, for the resolution of any disputes.
